John is brother of Amy Neil who marr. Joseph BROWN. Only Terhune relative is Melwood's cousin's husband.

Capt David FAULKNER b aug 7, 1808 and d 1894 He married Miss Terhune (Sarah Ann Faulkner 1800-1859?) and had one son (lost at sea) and one daughter Sarah Ann Faulkner (1827-1916) married Isaac Douglas children: Hannah (1846-1921), Abigail Lucy (1840-1904), Mattie, Ruby (1853-), Robert (1856-), Capt David Douglas (1858-1924),Elta, Margaret. ca 1850 David Faulkner of Noel was the administrator of Capt.
